Controller

Data and purpose

The form may collect your name, email address or phone number, selected intent and product description. I use this data only to answer your inquiry, assess the source material and discuss a possible project.

The legal basis is your consent and, where the inquiry concerns a potential contract, taking steps at your request before entering into that contract. Providing data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without contact details.

Form provider

Form submissions are technically handled by Formspree. Formspree states that data may be processed in the United States and other countries using legally required transfer safeguards. Details are available in the Formspree privacy policy.

Traffic analytics

After you consent, the website uses Google Analytics to measure users, sessions, page views and approximate city-level location. The data is used only to evaluate the website, without advertising profiling. You may decline in the banner - analytics storage will then remain disabled.

Retention and your rights

I retain data for the time needed to handle the inquiry, complete any resulting work and protect potential legal claims. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

The form is not used for automated decision-making or advertising profiling.
